I had the pleasure of working with Frank in the early 90’s as he was hired to implement a system to process orders from Biway head office to 3rd party logistics providers. Frank was very patient as he taught us how to use the system, but we would continually make mistakes creating a lot of extra work for Frank behind the scenes. The most important attribute Frank provided was top notch customer service, didn’t matter what time you called, he was accessable and if he needed to come on site, he was there immediatly. He is also an out of the box thinker that always had a solution to our problems. Thanks Frank as you made our life alot easier. I highly recomment Frank for any project you need him for, you’ll be impressed.
